Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. This means that once your purchase is completed, there will be no returns or exchanges allowed. This is applied to all items listed. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund or exchange for any purchase. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive the wrong item you will need to send it back in order to receive a refund or exchange.
